National Get Organized Week!

The second week in October is National 'Get Organized Week'. Join in this productive and worthwhile holiday to clear the clutter and help to make better use of your time and space. Harman Corporation loves the idea of making homes and offices more orderly by making small organizational improvements in your home or workplace. Simply setting some time aside this week to improve some area of your home can save you hassle throughout the year.

Start Getting organized this week in small steps. Start by focusing on your most cluttered or poorly organized area of the home. Figure out what is the biggest eye sore or what bothers you the most, perhaps it's your front closet, pantry, Garage or Basement. Organizing your tools or cleaning supplies is always a difficult chore. Brooms, mops, rakes, etc., they can all add up and take up too much space. Awkward items such as these can use a storage solution, perhaps our Round Hanger Caps would do the trick. Simply adding these caps to these ends of your tools can make all the difference in finding things more easily as well as save you floor space.

It's always good to think small when trying to organize your home or workplace. Rather than thinking about the huge project ahead, break that project up into manageable tasks. For instance, if you want to organize your basement, start with going through a set number of boxes per day. Also, see if you can find any hidden storage areas in each room. Perhaps you aren't utilizing your wall space or perhaps there is an empty corner. Organizational Products can be a huge help, especially if clutter or space is an issue. Organizing and improving all areas of your home can be a fun project, and can be quite enjoyable, especially after each area of your home gets completed. Harman Corporation wants you all to get involved and start getting more organized!
